What services do you offer?

We are able to print/stitch most garment types such as t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, vests, long sleeve tops as well as aprons, trucker caps / snapbacks & tote bags.
We also offer customised teddies, keyrings, mouse mats, slate pictures & coasters as well as some sign vinyl.
If you have requirements for something not listed please get in contact, We are always happy to try and help!

Is my artwork ok?

We always ask for a Vector image at a minimum of 300dpi at the correct print size in PNG, PDF, EPS, AI or similar file.
If the image supplied is not as stated this may add a delay to your order, decrease the finished printing
quality (DTF & Sublimation) Don’t worry if you are unsure we can check your logo over FOC but if the only image you
have is not useable then I myself or one of my designers would be happy to offer a quote on the redesign of your logo / image.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

For vinyl, DTF or sublimation there is no MOQ but for Screen printing there is a minimum of 10 garments due to the setup
and materials cost. Embroidery has a one off digitising fee but also has no MOQ, we will accommodate any order big or small.

What is the turnaround time?

We always aim for a turnaround of 3-5 working days subject to artwork, stock levels and payment.
We can of course try our best to achieve a faster turnaround if required so please just let us know and we will strive to
make it happen

Can I mix colours and garment sizes?

Of Course! For embroidery, vinyl & DTF there would be no extra charge same for Screen printing if the print stays
the same throughout the run but there will be an additional £10 per screen charge to clean off the ink & re-setup the job with the new
ink colour.

Postage & packaging cost?

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service or a Courier on a trackable service.
Prices vary depending on weight and size of the parcel and will always be quoted before the order is confirmed & printed.
